CVS 2% money back - What is the highest amount they ever given back to you?

I usually get little or none, but my mom and I share a card, and she has used it quite a bit this quarter (well, the one that just got over). I got a 6.50 EB I put toward a pack of diapers. We were signed up for the CVS brand double bucks, too, and my mom had stocked up on several of their items (apparently a LOT of dollars worth lol).

Way back when they first started the ExtraCare program, I got back $7. I didn't even know what it was or why I got it. I was just a crazy spendy person back then, shopping at CVS for anything I needed. Regardless of coupons or sales. Scary, huh?

I got back 8.50 - most of which was scripts.

But, I don't remember how much you get back for scripts. Is if 1$ for every 2 scripts (new & refills) or just 1$ for every new script?

I think the highest we've gotten is $1.00. The latest was $0.50.

Getting a higher amount is a bad thing, as it means you spent more Real Money. I think when I got $1, it was because I was buying rebate items, so it didn't matter if I had higher OOP than usual (before tax starting being charged all the time, I almost always kept OOP to less than $1 on a purchase - I still do, until tax is added in, sometimes the tax can be brutally high, $3-4).

Ok, people, before y'all fall out of your chairs, I have to tell you it was for business expenses... Once I got 30 ECB. Usually, I get anywhere between $1.50 and $.50... Even with scripts... I try to make money on my scripts though. Always save the most current gift card offers from grocery stores.

Its $1 for every 2 rx's filled. But the winter quarter was double bucks, so $2 for every 2 rx's filled.

This quarter I got $1.00 and my DH card got 0.50 :shrug7:

I got $1.50 this time and DBF got 50 cents. My highest was $2.50.

My Winter reward is 8.50 any my spring 2010 is already at 14.38. I do enjoy getting the double bucks on the rx's that we have had to use in the last year. I look at it in a postive way. I keep my oop low when buying items at CVS but I love only paying 5 bucks for our rx's and then getting bucks back on top of that.
