This is a good deal for some consumers since there are some people that cannot obtain a credit card (for whatever reason) to use as a form of payment.

They end up having to fork over a fee, usually around $4.95 for the opportunity to use this kind of prepaid debit card.

This kind of prepaid debit card allows the purchaser to do things like make online purchases.

Just got back from CVS, had to pick up an RX. Scouting for the Essence of Beauty Portables Buy 2, Get $2 ecb. Prices range from .99 (makeup wedges) to $3.99 (travel brushes). I found them on an endcap around the perfume display cases in the front of the store, in a cardboard box.

Too bad this was posted in this thread, I thought it was active for 3/14-3/20.
This must have been a deal the previous week.
I found out when I bought 2 scrubbies at .99 each. No ECB. :sad:

I used the coupons for $.25 off and $1.00 Dawn, which were on sale for $.96 each. I also used a $1 ECB. Everything was free!
