Many customers found out and said they would never shop there again because of this. I am just so sad about this. I don't understand CVS. | :shrug7: he may have been promoted....
I doubt a customer sending a praising email had anything to do with change. That's retail. Heck even fast food,
I've worked at both Taco Bell and Mickey d's. THe short time i worked there, they moved a TON of managers around.
Think of it this way,
He is a strong manager, maybe there is a store with a crappy manager, and the store needs major help. THey've called upon this guy, to come in and save them
