cvs---I am so mad and may never shop at cvs again

I am so upset. A week ago this one cvs that is so strict wouldn't let me use my sister in laws card so I emailed corporate and they sent me an email saying they were sending the district manager to straighten them out on how to treat customers. Well this week another store I go to that is such a wonderful group of people and has the best manager there that goes out of his way to help you got moved to another store. I had sent such a postitive review of him and his store when they emailed me. I am full of guilt now because I know I should never send a good review of a store because everytime I do they move the staff and managers. It has happened before at another store I gave such a good review to. I talked to one of the cashiers and she said it was so unexpected they were moving him and all his staff and him were tore up about it and in tears. Many customers found out and said they would never shop there again because of this. I am just so sad about this. I don't understand CVS.

I doubt a customer sending a praising email had anything to do with change. That's retail. Heck even fast food,
I've worked at both Taco Bell and Mickey d's. THe short time i worked there, they moved a TON of managers around.

Think of it this way,

He is a strong manager, maybe there is a store with a crappy manager, and the store needs major help. THey've called upon this guy, to come in and save them

he may had been moved to another one because maybe a new one opened and they needed staff quick. I know they will be doing that soon here.

No he's moving to a bigger store but he doesn't want to but told his staff he doesn't have a choice and they are all so sad and so is he. They were like a big happy family. I hope it's a promotion and not a demotion. He has been there forever. alot of the customers have send emails to cvs about it and told them they won't be going to cvs.

All this time I've been complaining about one of the cashier's and nothing gets done. Maybe if I call and praise her then they'll move her to another store???
Reverse psychology? I haven't been to CVS in months because of her.

Big city life does have its drawbacks, but it is nice having 6 CVSs to choose from.

How'd they know it was your SIL's card anyway? Sounds like a buncha nosy jerks.

gosh there for a minute i thought i might work at CVS.Every time they find out we are happy with the way things are working they change it.I have been there 15 years now so I dont let it bother me even if its a crappy change
