Re: CVS - new IP rule in place? Actually, I think they may be in the processs of "tweaking" the way this stuff gets processed by the register--I went in today, and had 1 coupon for each of the 5 items I was buying, all regular insert coupons. It gave the message of "limit exceeded" on me, too, but the cashier overrode it. When I got out to the car and looked at my receipt, I figured out why. I had given her 2 ECB's before the coupons (one of them was a $6 Soyjoy I got a couple weeks ago), and it came up as "manufacturer coupon" rather than CVS coupon. Of course, if I had 6 MQ's and only 5 items, I can see why it would have balked, but it "interpreted" the ECB incorrectly. |
