Walgreens - Physicians Formula Discontinued? 1/30/10

When I was at Walgreens a couple of days ago, I spoke with the Beauty clerk andd she said they were no longer going to carry Physicians Formula, and she was in the process of discounting them.

I'm not sure if this is nationwide, but it is happening in the stores in NW Florida. Just a head's up. Maybe rock bottom prices?

In my local stores, they're doing a major reset in the Cosmetics area. IIRC, Revlon is one of those that is getting a total make over. Physician's Formula is another. I got a call from another member, Sheila, who said that her BA told her to watch out for some huge discounts on make-up in the next little while. So, watch those endcaps and clearance tags!

There are still some $5 tearpad and $5 peelies out there from last year sometime.

I had a bunch of the $5 Bayer coupons to use and needed new makeup and grabbed a lot of clearance PF. When I checked out at the beauty counter the lady checking me out commented on the great prices and I asked if they were going to stop carrying PF and she said no, they were making room for the new products. Bambo Wear, Healthy Wear etc...She said a lot of the new stuff had TMF peelies on them too. Woohoo!

There are lots of printable TMF rebates online and in the database for PF, all good until the end of 2010!!! Time to stock up.

I was getting worried. The PF eyeliner is the only one I can wear, due to allergies. I'm glad to hear they will be keeping it.

I only wear PF eyeliner too. It doesn't irritate my eyes. The "Eye Definer" eyeliner is on clearance but I'm unsure if that means they were not going to carry it anymore...I grabbed the last 2 just in case.

This is the time of the year most stores do makeup resets. I'm cosmetic manager at WM and we just got done doing major resets on most of the makeup brands. In July/August most stores do minor updates with a few new products.

I'm pretty sure all the Phy. Formula at my WAGS has been gone since late november. I didnt realize they weren't going to carry it anymore though.

If you aren't able to find the PF eyeliner at Walgreens anymore, we still carry both their eyeliners at WM.
