Do ECB deals still work if you get the item free with a MQ?

For example, I have one for Free Secret Flawless wyb 2 Red Zone deodorants. Will I still get the ECB for the Flawless?

I may not even do it unless I can get a really good deal on the Red Zone (since that ECB deal doesn't include them), but I am curious to know CVS's policy on this.

I have seen at several store (CVS included) $1.00 off any 20-24 count.

If anyone knows the starting price of the 20-24 counts that would be helpful. Hopefully its not like $5!! Maybe someone can investigate

Well, cheap Fusion razors again. 2/7 P&G has $4 off mq. I have seen some reports abnout it being $5, but I think it is a mistake. I would count on $4 mq, so the razor would be only $0.99 after ECB.
