    Call/email corporate and complain. Given that they are making the coupon printers part of their latest commercials, I think they'll be interested in fixing it.

    Yeah, if you don't get the standard coupons (like the $1 off any CVS something or other) right away, scanning a 2nd time will get them. I do not get the $/$ order coupons anymore (due to high use of ECB coupons to total order) but I have gotten a bunch of free item coupons lately, free CVS chocolate (twice), free Reach floss. $3/15 Revlon and $3 off any Revlon. In all cases, they do not print with the normal coupons, these printed first, then a second scan got the normal ones.

    Update:

    A $5/$15 printed at the end of my receipt today! I haven't received a $/$$ in probably a year and a half. It's only good for 4 days though.

    Maybe others will receive this as well.

    I only seem to get the $4/$20 ALL the time. Ive never gotten any other coupons. other tthen $4/$20 of loreal. I scanned my card like 3 times and got the $4/$20 everytime!

    Don't feel bad everyone - I live about a half hour drive from Woonsocket, RI (CVS headquarters) and have been getting the same shotty treatment as all of you regarding coupons. Sure, the associates in the stores here are probably more forgiving in coupon use and I can use expired ECBs up to 1 month out.... but I'd honestly rather see CVS be the way it use to be.

    I think CVS has scaled WAY back across the board. Obviously they aren't concerned about customer loyalty at all. :(
