CVS ~ Question: Am I the only one NOT getting coupons from the printer ?

I got a new card back in October, everytime i scanned it i got a $5/20. Now it's gone.

I have 6 cards (i don't use them all) but none of them print anything good. So i think if i start using the nuts/apsrin crt (which i get allllllllllllll the time) I'll mail the asprin to cvs and tell them "your giving me a headache with no good crts!!" and then include a bag of nuts with it because they will think i'm crazy :)

Same here. Stopped getting emails in October, stopped gettting good CRTs in December. Sucks... Phone calls to CS - nothing. According to the girl I spoke to, CRTS based on your shopping (no joke?) :) I told her that then I should be receiving CRTs a mile long. I practically live in one of CVS around here :) Still no result. We will see...

Those are the only 2 I've been getting out of the scanner with both my cards. One card is couple years old and the other brand new. I just signed up for the emails, so nothing yet.

My ship must have gotten shipwrecked coz I haven't received any CRTs (other than the generic ones) in over 2 months!!

I am soooo glad someone brought this topic up! I thought I was imagining this happening to me...lol

For a LONG time I was getting NOTHING at the scanner. Then for a couple great months I was getting TONS. Now...the last couple of months.....NOTHING :sad:

On the other hand, for a very long time I NEVER got a x/xx email coupon. Now I get quite a few. (mine are always the 5/30 - never better than that)


Is it greedy to want both at the same time?

I'm not getting $/$$ in e-mails any more, nothing but generic crap crts. Really frustrating. Not exactly motivating me to shop. Especially since my DD and friends have been getting good stuff. I think CVS hates me now.

I'm only getting the 2 cvs ones too. I remember awhile ago when this happened. Seemed like months before they started again. Hopefully this time they will start printing again a little sooner.

i went in and updated my information last night, about 15min ago i was mailed a $4/20....

So maybe go in and update your info? (i think it's a fluke to be honest i bet i get this and nothing else lol)

I just started CVSing last June due to a Longs conversion. I was getting $X/X.XX like crazy all summer long and into the fall. In early November my purse was stolen and so were my cards. I got new cards around Black Friday and I got a $5/$15, a $2 EB for no reason, and a $4/$20 and since then NOTHING!!

I just thought my cards were duds.
