CVS ~ Vent: cvs----Frustrated with shopping on Saturdays at CVS

I am really getting upset every Saturday when I shop at CVS. I am a procrastinator and shop on Saturdays usually late (very Late) and have to call Care number to get my bucs to print but today I went early and since they switch over Saturday at 2pm then I don't get my bucks-So I have been told. I am going to have to shop early or not at all. :shrug7:

i believe that would be false advertisement...ad says thru saturday...i would call the customer care number while in the store

I know the two different stores I've shopped both ads are effective Saturday and the ECBs print. The only time it might not is if the register thinks the better deal is the one without the ECBs. In that case, one just needs to let the cashier know which deal you want and can print the ECBs for you.

um, why not start shopping LATE on Saturday and getting the following week's deals? Just a suggestion...

We shop late saturdays pretty often and have never had a problem. Sometimes they have started taking downs signs but i just scan to make sure the item is correct or ask someone if they are around. Never had problems with ecb.

I normally shop sat also..... never had a problem with ecb unless it's a bogo the next ad and then they have to manually do it.

Your stores need to manually print you out ecbs if they aren't printing. Not sure why they wouldn't print, doesn't make sense.
