CVS ~ Question: cvs--question about CVS buy a CVS brand get 1 50 per cent off

:shrug7:I am confused about the CVS but 1 get 1 50% off. How do you know which items are buy 1 get 1 50% off. I bought the merry bright items which is a cvs brand and did get the buy1 get 50% off. The flyer states over 2500 items. My store has nothing marked- it does say on the flyer that it excludes bulk items and batteries. Can I buy cvs formula and get 1 50% off? and I don't understand why the merry brights aren't ringing in, because they are a cvs brand. Can anyone help me with this? thank you

I bought some wipes, and they rang b1g1 50% off. I think anything that has a CVS/pharm label, will count (except for the exclusions). Merry Brite is just a branch of CVS items, like Essence of Beauty, thats prob why it didn't ring up the sale.

not a lot of items are marked because corporate is awesome and didn't send stores enough signs for alllll the cvs items in the store. anything merry brite should be clearanced out because it's christmas crap. the formula will work. you can combine it with anything, it doesnt have to be 2 of the same item. hope i helped

Idk - but could it be because the merry brite stuff is not regular price? I tried to get revlon lipstick bogo tonight..but the bogo only works on REGULAR priced item. I really am not sure, though.

It must be off of regular priced items only. Christmas stuff is already 50-75% off. The CVS registers are hard programmed to not "double-dip."

As a side note, it could be tricky to get the most out of the second item for 50%. Your two items would need to be close in value since it takes off of the lowest priced item. I have a $2/$10 CVS brand ECB that I am planning out c-a-r-e-f-u-l-l-y!
