I bought 4 oust, 1 regular and 3 surface. Limit is not reached but it only shows I bought 3 and I only got $9 ecbs. Is it only paying out for the new surface cans?

I bought 4 Oust surface and air used 2 of the B1G1.....and I only got the 9$ ECB also...I didn't say anything to the cashier because the cans have the stickers saying limit of 3...Although the receipt says I bought 3 and haven't reached the limit yet it didn't give me the ECB's for the 4th can...

On the Oust: from what I have read elsewhere, the limit on getting ECB's on Oust is 6, however, the limit per transaction is 3.

To get the maximum Oust ECB's using B1G1Free coupons, buy in groups of two, or all 6 at once like Manders did.

I have bought it in groups of two in each transaction and got to the limit of 6 with no difficulty.


Also on the EB limits:
limit on CraveNX = 2
limit on Cottonelle TP = 6
limit on Nivea = 1 offer for $5 eb's
limit on GE lightbulb = 1

and to recap Oust, limit = 6, but 3 per transaction

Thanks. Wish I'd known because I bought 6 in one transaction hoping to not have to make another trip back. CVS is 20 minutes away and in a different state for me so I try to minimize trips but I do like shopping there. Like PP said, I didn't ask the cashier because 3 were free anyway and I used a $x/$xx coupon so it's still a great deal.

I read that too it's just so bizarre. Anyone know if customer service will fix it if I call? It's freezing out and I have no desire to go back and fix it at the store.
