No i lost a 10ecb.

I used my 10ecb from halls to pay for it,

I bought all 6 at once so i had a higher OOP....


so with the 15 ecb not printing for the deal, i pretty much just kissed away the 10ecb i had.

yea i did one transaction lol. I was going to do all of my stuff at once, because they had a HHHHHHUUUUUGGGGGEEEEEEEEEE display. over 60+ each product, so me getting both my cards at once wouldnt have been an issue,

I hope they get this fixed. I won celestialdigs RAOK for these coupons and was going to use them this week. I won't have them until at least Monday, so maybe by then it will work.

Ouch! I would have just unwound the deal. I did that last night at Publix when a problem showed up - I just tell them to keep the stuff and give me back my precious coupons/ecbs/RR's. Remember, YOU are in charge of the "deal or no deal game"! (my dear friend lbveggie here taught me that one!!)

On the other hand, remember you used to PAY real money for that stuff before anyway and you now have the knowledge to recreate ecbs out of paper & thin air so it's not a big tragedy - just a pita. And now you have ten more reasons to stick it to the man

I would def call CS after 48 hours. It is advertised in the book the registers are prompting them to hand out.

I love this deal. Great money maker. I've done this at 2 stores making $5 each time. They had to force the ECB's but I'm ok with that!

I'm so glad to know I am not the only one. I was out of town this weekend and thought oh I'll get in on the deal today. No biggie. I bought 4 of the root awakenings product but got no ECBs. I plan to call CS tomorrow since that will be 48 hours later. I am so hoping they will fix this for me.
