    DD3 CVS - P&G Cookware Set

To any of you who still need to do the rebate deal for the P&G Cookware Set, CVS does now qualify. I waited until the last minute to do my deal and realized that the Buy $25 get $10 ECBs deal back at the end of September qualified for the set, however upon Googling, saw that CVS wasn't included in the rebate offer. HOWEVER I JUST called the c/s number today and she said they were included. So if any of you did that deal and still have the receipt from it, there's a free cookware set in your future!

Not sure what links I'm allowed to post here, but here is the post from the Publix forum. Also not sure if you're required to have the form or not. Sorry. :(

I just called the 1-877-733-5849 Customer service number for the P&G Breast Cancer Awareness program for the Cookware and Sue just told me that CVS was not a participating retailer and never were. RiteAid and Walgreens were but not CVS. She also told me that the list has dwindled down on what retailers are still participating and was going to run down the list but I told her I was only interested in CVS and specifically asked if they ever were participating and she said "no".

I may try to send it in anyway since I did see on another "forum" on another website that someone already received their cookware after using a CVS receipt. Doesn't hurt to try does it.

That's SO weird because whoever I talked to told me yes!! Maybe she heard me wrong? I might just go ahead and send it in anyway and hope they accept it.

I don't know but I would try it just to see. All it will cost you is a postage stamp and envie. I sent off today for the Cookware set with my CVS receipt just to see if it qualifies. Crossing my fingers :)~ I will let you know if I receive anything. They say it is taking about a month to get them in but they may be on back order.

I had called the above number and was told that RiteAid had been a participant been they finished participating Nov. 10th! this after I bought a bunch of stuff 11/14! And the date says 11/20 on the form??? Who knows? So I figured a price of a stamp to find out.
The operator said the response was SOO overwhelming that sets will not be getting out until febuary so to not expect them for Christmas:(

I don't have a rebate form. If somebody can send me it or give a link for a form, it will be terrific.

    Thank you in an advance

They state that you do not need a form. You can send hand written on a 3X5 index card the following information:
    P&G Cookware Set
    Name
    Mailing Address (NO PO Boxes)
    Phone number
    Retail store name where purchased
UPC numbers from the products you purchased
Just attach your receipt with the $25 worth of P&G products circled. Place in an envelope and mail it to:
    Good Cook Kitchenware Offer
    PO Box 49221
    Strongsville, OH 44149-0221

I received this information from another website. The phone number to customer service is: 1-877-733-5849

    Hopes this helps.
