In the database there is a .50/1 coupon IP listed. the best case scenario I can come up with using the best value qs in the database would be:

Total:3 for $3 OOP, 3 for $1 after ECB
Sale price :3x$2=$6
MQ:2*.50/1 IP + B2G1 from 9/13/RP
ECB:$2
Math:6-1(2*.50/1)-2(B2G1)= $3OOP get 2 ECB
*the way I count ECBs would make it 3 for $1. However if you have no ECB to spend towards it you would have a $3 OOP.
