Thank you for the heads up. Do we know what is looks like? Is is big or little like the flu books?
Be on the lookout for the new Holiday Sale book at CVS.While it looks to be just the typical monthly listing of Extra Care Deals, there is a coupon that gives you $4 ECbs when you spend $20 to be found inside!
The deals in the book don’t start until 11/1, but some stores may be putting them out early. I imagine once word spreads about the $4 ECBs coupon, they will be harder to find!![]()

Thanks!
I was in CVS tonight and found these. They are red and have an ornament on the front that says "season to save". It also says "Earn over $35 Extra Bucks" It looks like a holiday gift guide with lots of gifts and prices in it. But the BONUS was a card inside that is for "Spend $20 get $4 Extra Bucks" Limit 1 Voucher per Customer. Extra Bucks offer limit of 1 per household. Offer valid 11/1/2009 through 12/25/2009.
It also has other extra buck purchases in it and they are good through 12/25/2009.
I found them up front by the doors as I was walking out. They had a ton. You can only use one coupon per CVS card, so I wouldn't just grab a bunch, only how many CVS cards you have. I grabbed like 5 thinking there were CVS coupons inside, but there was just the one "Spend $20 get $4 ECB".
So something to look for next time your at CVS. =)
These might not be prevalent yet - out of the 5 CVSes I hit yesterday in my shopping day, I only saw them at one.
The information the stores received about this new book is that we will be prompted at the registers to offer the books to "Selected" customers BUT we are also required to give them to anyone who asks for one.
Just a heads up for anyone who is told they aren't allowed to have one.
One of the stores today had a big red booklet with season to save on front. Inside there's a tear out coupon that says spend $20, get $4 ecb. Says it's a "gift of savings" from CVS. Valid 11/1-12/25, 1 per household w/card.
Nothing printed out on my reciept. Anyone know what this is? On the back "your ecb will print on your reciept immediately following qualifying purchases for use with your next purchase".
Look on page 24 and 25 there should be a card.

I asked today. The manager at the first store told me they wern't susposed to go out till December, but she would give me one. Gave me one with the coupon torn out. (She went to the back to get it for me, so I'm assuming she tor it out.) The second store told me they wern't susposed to go out till Nov. 15 so i couldn't get one at that store. :-(
Well, I tried using my coupon today when I was buying Sudafed. I bought 3 @ $7 so $21.00 total before coupons and I didn't receive my $4 ECB on my receipt. The cashier printed it manually though. So I'm not sure if they aren't supposed to be used yet or not. The date says valid starting 11/1/09. :shrug7:
