I gave my cashier the $4/20 before my other coupons, and it didn't print my ECB's. Manager said it was because I needed $20 after Q's for them to print. I emailed cvs customer service to find out what the deal is, because that makes no sense to me, i had over $20 when the Q was scanned. I emailed over 24 hours ago and no response yet ):

My sister bought some stuff yesterday and didn't use any coupons. Hers did not print as well. I think they just haven't programmed their registers yet.

I thought for sure I read some where that it said the $4 ecb would print 2 days after purchase?

Probably not since it's one per card during the promotion so it probably tracks it on your card.

There is a date on the card, it states that it is valid starting 11/1.
My cashier tried to use mine, but she used it as a coupon....she took the 4 off of my $20 purchase. She said it wouldn't scan, because i gave her my other coupons first, but she did manually take $4 off of my order....I didn't have any ECB's to print, but I didn't expect them to. I think this offer is a little confusing.

got mine at the store they had them behind the counter and at the end of my purchase the clerk gave me one and said the register told her to give me one.. it was the first i had even heard of them... pretty nice booklet... she says every now and then a message will tell them to give that customer one..

That manager handed me mine when I first walked into the store. She even opened it up to the little "card" and told me not to forget to use it. She took it from a box at the register.

My manager said it just wasn't programmed yet--since it was just starting.

But as to not handing them out until the 15th that makes no sense since their register prompts them to ask if you want one when you check out.
