I bought one and use it on 4 cards. It will work on any card since the UPC is the same on every tag in every store!

Then how does it know when you reach 4 what card to attach it to? Or do you need 4 scans per card? So if you use it twice on card A and twice on card B, you still wouldn't get your ECB until you use it four times all on one card. Does this make sense?

The latter part of your statement is correct. Its 4 scans PER CARD.

As a pp mentioned - Think of it as any other ECB item you would "buy" in CVS. If you have to buy 4 CoverGirl items to get a $10 ECB, you wold have to buy 4 on ONE card to get it. Buying 2 on Card A and 2 on Card B won't get you anything.

So I kept forgetting to use it so I hole punched my CVS card and attatched my bag tag to that. Now i just hand both to the cashier and neither are forgotten!

I got the free tag coupon too. I already have one I bought. Wouldn't really be worth having two would it ?

any idea if you can scan it when getting a prescription?

the free tag coupon makes for great filler to get to a $/$ deal. did it today.
