Will I get back $15 ECBS?

I need a really good scenario where I will spend less, get more ECB and qualify for both or either rebates.


BTW, will these work for the P&G deal on front page? where you get $10ECB for purchasing $25 worth of qualified P&G product? Sometimes there are other products thats not shown on the ad but is included in the deal.
