the starbucks isn't too bad a deal if you like their stuff - it is the larger bottle. sorry if my format is wrong, i don't usually post deals...

price: 2 @ $2.79 = $5.58
coupons: 2 @ $1 each (i also have a tearpad $2/2 same value)
total paid $3.38 plus $1 ecb so two big bottles fro the price of one small one ($2.19 at my store).

hmm, now i'm looking at my receipt. i originally bought the small size and when the ecb didn't print, we looked it up, decided i bought the wrong one, i returned them and bought the correct size. i had been in the store for awhile, and i never looked at the receipt, the cashier just said, yes it printed this time.

thing is, i have $2 ecb not $1 and the bottom of it says -

starbucks / amp buy 2 get 1 eb
quantity toward this reward 2
quantity needed to earn reward 1

so maybe this is a glitch? if i go out today, i'll buy two more to test the theory.

AMP Energy ECB?

I just bought 4 AMP 16 oz. cans: 1 each of purple, red, blue, and sugar-free, but no ECB printed. The cashier argued that I hadn't bought the flavor pictured in the monthly book, but force printed 2 ECB eventually. The sign on the shelf was in front of the sugar-free and had the s-f # on it, but nothing showed on the bottom of the receipt (quantity purchased/needed). Has anyone bought the one (regular flavor) in the Sept. book, and have the ECB print? I'd like to do more of this deal later in the month, but I don't need another argument-especially if I'm wrong! BTW, these are still ringing up 2/$3, even though I didn't see them in this week's ad. Thanks.
