CVS ~ Question: CVS - Question re BOGO items and X/Y store coupons

When using a CVS store coupon to save $X on $Y of total purchases (i.e., coupons for 5/25, 4/20, etc.), do both BOGO items count towards the $Y total? Or is just the "BO" item, and not the "GO" item? Thanks.

if it's a cvs bogo sale, then just the "bo" because the "go" already rings up as free. if you have a bogo coupon, then both count because they will both ring up as full price.
