cvs-Sign in Store Says "Limit 5" for Photo DVDs

Called our store in GA and the photo manager told us limit 5. Got to the store and the sign in the photo area did in fact show limit 5. He had to overrride the system for it to go through but we did get the ECBs on 5 DVDs. Also, there is a strict 60 photo limit due to timing pics to the song choices. You also get to choose a "title" picture which prints as a 4x6 to go on the DVD cover.

Yup! Sign at my store said 5 also...sadly the tech changed it with her pen to a 1 before I could snap a picture of it. She said she would force the ecb's for any others though. She better remember that when I go in for the others because my receipt does show limit reached at purchasing one.

this is a different offer. a new week. not a book, but a dvd that plays a photo montage.

I got a RC for 1. I pointed out the signage that said 5, but the girl pointed out the ad said 1.

The ad is wrong and the limit is 5.

My photo tech (very nice reliable person) explained that they received and e-mail from corporate that the limit is one because they had such an overwhelming response for the photobooks they were anticipating the same with the DVD's and they just don't have the stock, nor can they get it in time to accomodate everyone with 5. With a limit of one per card they are more likely to be able to accomodate more than just a few individuals. The ad was released well before the photobooks were sold out, but like the photobooks this was originally supposed to be an unadvertised limit of 5. All signs were to be removed or revised to reflect the limit of 1.
