Just call the number on the back of your card or email from cvs.com .
Can anyone tell me how I can contact the CVS corporate office to let them know about a great manager that I just dealt with at my local CVS? I'm sure they get plenty of negative comments, but I would like to let them know about a guy who does them proud!
Thanks for any info on how to do this!

Just call the number on the back of your card or email from cvs.com .
There used to be a number you can press on the automated system that takes you to the person who deals with comments but that was a couple years ago. I'm not sure if it's still the same but you can always speak with customer service and they can help or transfer you .I did it before but unfortunately the store says they never hear about the good comments they only hear about the bad .
Since the comments go to the district manager if there is something wrong he deals with the store when good he may or may not mention it .HTH.
Because I work in retail, I will always call when someone is good to me. They deserve that much. No one has a second thought to call when they get bad service, but what about when the service is great? Or even good. It can make your day. I can have 10 people be rude and nasty to me and just one that says Thank you ot Your doing a good job. That makes it ok.
1 800shopcvs, option 2, i think.
or customercare@cvs.com
As to if they hear or not, I know if you email customer service the district manager and the store manager gets a copy. I have sent compliments for managers and cashiers and they always mention they have gotten a copy.
I'd like to invite you all to visit my CVS blog: Simply CVS
I emailed cvs. (use the contact info on website) When I email, my email was forwarded to the local district manager who then read it durning a district wide conference call. It made me feel wonderful to hear that.
Ripples in the pond!! All good energy will come back to you!!
PS..every time I walk in that store now, I am treated like a rock star!!!

it will get sent to the dm and then usually the dm sends it to the entire district thanking the manager so everyone can see it
also another good thing to do is that if you guys ever get those surveys on the bottom of the receipt. its good to call them and give the best possible scores for every question. I think the managers would appreciate that more cause the better scores they get they less talking to they get from the dm
