I agree! We should all keep a lookout b/c last time we had this deal there were CVS coupons AND manufacturer's coupons out for the deal....

Last time they showed up in the regular Sunday inserts in some areas - I think several weeks before the deal. This time, who knows.... I'm just hoping they show up again! Getting my photos ready too!!!

What do I take into the store to get my pictures done? I haven't used the picture machines before.

You can bring actual photos to scan, a memory card from your camera, or a CD with pics on it.. that's all I've ever used.. there may be more ways.. not sure.

Last time coupons dot com had a $5 off the photo book and also last time I asked in the photo lab area if they had any coupons for the photobooks and they did. Lab worker gave me a few. I can't remember if those were $3 off or BOGO's. It was one or the other but has no bearing now. But ask around the Photo Lab areas if they have any. Last time they got some little kick back or commission for every photobook that was sold so they may be eager to find you a coupon if the kick back is being offered again.

How many pages are in each book? Trying to guesstimate how many pictures I need for each book. TIA!

10 pages, and I believe you can do anywhere from 1-4 pics per page. If you do 4 per page, they get kind of small though. I believe most stores should have a sample book for customers to take a look at.

If you google: instructional video Kodak photobook kiosk. I found a video that somewhat shows you how to make the photobook at the kiosk.

I would have about 40 pics picked out and use maybe 30 but I like to have a little extra just in case some pics look better than others in a page. Also there is an option to do one of your pictures in the background in a lighter tone. This looks really cool. I highly recommend you use that feature especially with beach scenes...it looks awesome.

You can crop pictures and turn them also. You can lighten, darken and get rid of red eye. You can add text to the pages. There are so many features..it's awesome.

I would probably recommend you go in now and get familiar with the kiosk and all the features...so you don't feel so much pressure once the photobook deal comes around. Your gonna love these books. They're great! Great gifts if you have baby shower pics or wedding pics.

Also wasn't there a FAECB deal on picture CDs or something for this week?

The CD deal is 07/19-07/25. It's a Kodak Picture Movie DVD 9.99 ECB 9.99 so FAECB! Limit is 5 per household.
