I just got a raincheck for 5 books. Do I have to buy them all at the same time??? And if I do, do I have to get one ECB for $39.93? I was hoping to purchase them separately.

Ok - question here about these awesome books.

I went to CVS this evening and their machine was not working and I could not use the storage device I had my pics on. Well the guy asked me how many I wanted on my raincheck...I told him 10 (he told me I only needed 1 raincheck for both cards). He asked why so many since the deal limit was 1 per card. I explained that it is listed as 1, but really is 5....but I could not show him since I couldn't purchased even one and I could not go home to transfer my pics and get back before they closed. He only made it for 1....

So......do I talk to the manager when I go in tomorow and explain...but he will not have the computer to confirm that the limit is 5 since the deal is over today....or is it once he puts in the "code" for the sale, it will still register that the limit is 5?

Or......do I take a black pen and make his 1 a 10? I was frustrated because I was in the store 2 other times this week...the first time was my fault as I forgot my pics, the second time I had the kids and there was a line and couldn't wait that long.

Advice anyone? Tia!

IMO I would not make the 1 a 10. I would try to talk to a manager tomorrow. I was trying to make a photobook this afternoon (3rd try) and when I got to the title page the machine crashed on me. UGH! For the THIRD time! The manager told me if I couldn't make it back this evening to come back tomorrow and he would be able to enter the deal into the register and I would get the same deal tomorrow as I would have today with the 7.99 ECB's.

I found the Kraft rebate booklets with details on the $20 rebate- I posted pics and all the details in my blog here.

Basically you have to buy 10 Nabisco cookies or crackers 4.0-28 oz as part of the qualification for the rebate. You don't need to buy them all in one transaction so the Nabisco cookies that are on sale 10/$10 qualify as they are 5.25-6oz. Also if you snag the booklet there are coupons for $1/2 cookies 4oz or larger- so .50 per box. These would make a yummy filler if you need it!

what a wonderful deal. I got 10 free photobooks (5 on my card and 5 on my Dad's). I plan on using them for Christmas gifts. They are cute gifts!
The photo guy was very nice, didn't give me a hard time at all. It was easy to do. It just took FOREVER. I think I was there 3 hours. The dude kept taking other people in between ringing up my 10 separate orders, and in between printing my books.

I got an IOU, since they were out of the binders. They printed everything out and will call me when they are in. I am in no rush. I have 5 months!!! :)

The store nearest to me said "we are out. Sorry. We can give you the 4X6 for free". But I don't like the 4x6 at all. I went to another store 2 miles away, and they gave me 5 per card with the IOU. The guy there said he was asked by his supervisor to push the photo books, sell as many as he could. I made his day!!!!!!!! He was so proud. Apparently they are competing with all the other Bergen County stores as to highest sales rate each week for ECB offers. LOL. I helped them out with their quota.

They look awesome. This was a brillant marketing scheme by CVS to introduce this product.
