In last sunday's paper the Kmart store ad had a coupon for up to 4 $25 GCs when you use their pharmacy. CVS should (YMMV, but all the ones I know of do this) accept that coupon at their store. All the CVS's around here take competitors RX coupons.

HTH and enjoy your gift card!

I dropped off 4 scripts at cvs yesterday in huntington beach, ca for my sister. I asked the pharmacists if I can use the rite-aid transfer script coupons and she said no cuz they are new and not transfers and they are pretty strict. My regular cvs in another state will take the rite-aid transfer coupons for new scripts.

Should I go ahead and try using the coupons when I pick up the scripts? Or can I still go to walgreens and transfer them there although I already dropped them off at cvs? If that's the case, my sister can transfer them back to cvs for the refills.

Default CVS--will they take a Walgreen's prescription coupon?

I just one in my paper for a Grand Opening of a new store. It's about 20 minutes away from my CVS.

I think I read that they would take this, but I would like to know for sure!

I think it depends on your CVS. I read on the board awhile back that some CVS do take competitor's cpn, but when I checked with mine, it does not.
It's best to call...or to drop by and check for sure (but it being farther away from you, maybe the phone call will be least costly).
HTH!

Mine always takes competitor's coupons... but it is a good idea to call first (like the PP suggested).

QUESTION CVS - Prescription Transfer Coupon ??

I have a question. I have a new prescrip for my son that is being filled over at CVS and I found a coupon on Rite Aid's website for a $25 GC and a flu coupon booklet. I know that my CVS accepts competitors coupons I just wasnt sure if because this coupon says it will give a coupon book that CVS will not have, will they still honor the $25 GC?? I hope this makes sense... Thanks!

Yep, they should. I would not even worry about it.

Call your store. it is YMMV, but some will do it just to have your business.
