My wife has bought 5 gal so far in the Pensacola, FL area, and none have shown on her receipt, she hasn't gotten a CRT. Time to call CSRs to straighten this out.

I've bought one on my card, hasn't shown.

Hey! I'm in Pensacola, Florida also...and same thing nothing on receipts even after over 2 days.

Yes I was, I gave 2 of the last 3 at that store to the cashier so she could buy them, after buying a pair.

The store on Brent/Palafox still had a decent supply of the towels as of 3-4pm, no one else really had any.

anyone hear anything from CVS customer service? there is no sign in my store, I bought at least 10 at cvs since May 31. I didn't get any crt or anything regarding this buy 5 get 1 free. The worst thing is I didn't keep those receipts :(

I'm actually on hold with customer service right now. I have the receipts, but they haven't asked for any info from the recipts other than what day the milk(s) were purchased.

I'm on hold right now, but what they're telling me - is that I have to go back to the store and actually have the manager issue me the coupon or voucher. I think that was her way of saying that she had no clue. Whatever. I don't care how I get it, I just want it. Hate to leave something when it's "due" to me, ya know?

There is a tally on the bottom of my receipt. It reads Deans Milk but we have only bought the full gallon milk before and I think its bareman's. I am in MI. The tally just showed up yesterday.

I bought 2 gallons of milk last Monday my receipt showed nothing .I went in Saturday to get something else now its reading
Buy 5 gallons get one free
Quantity toward extra 2
Quantity needed 3 for the free one
Ok so today I went to buy 2 more gallons and my receipt says the exact same thing as it did Saturday .
Technically I have bought 4 so I should only have to buy 1 more to get the 5th one
Is this a glich that its not realizing I have to only buy 1 more or what ?

this deal appears to work how ALL deals used to work- it updates 48 hours after the purchase.


pity us- it used to be like this- the 48 hour lag- AND the details did NOT appear on the receipt! we had to keep track of them.

Oh my wow so I have to keep track of this stuff myself ? I am pretty new still to doing CVS so this is new to me .

no, no- that is how it USED to be. i was looking for pity. we used to have to do all the math and keep track for ourselves. since the instant printing bucks started - april 1, 2008 the crt keeps all the info on it!
