Whether an item is programmed to count for a deal is shown at the bottom of your receipt. Does it show any credit toward the deal...25 cents?
Heard cashiers talking about this when I was checking out yesterday. The Reese's 2 count Peanut Butter Cups are ringing up as .25 NOT as .50
I looked at the add, and thet are supposed to be 2/$1. I checked with the price scanner and sure enough, they show price with card as .25
I did buy 1 so I wouldn't forget to mention this here, but unfortunately I didn't scan my card. It still came out to .25 though. I'm assuming that the cashier scanned her's. These are listed in the candy deal on page 3 spend $15, get $5, but I can not confirm if they count as .25 towards the deal or .50 Can anyone confirm this?
Worst case its a cheap filler.

I scanned these yesterday. The ones that have 2/$1 printed on the wrapper are the ones that ring for 25 cents. I didn't buy any - so I don't know if they count toward the deal.
I am interested in finding out your answer, does it say at the bottom of your receipt that you have spent 25 toward this deal and that you have $14.75 to go to earn your reward (ecb)? TIA ;)
