If you have the .60 Q from a few weeks ago then you can get 6 for .56 a piece or 3.39 total using $3ECB's and you get $3 ECB's back. :)

In the ad where it has the Bayer meter, it says no discounts apply. Does that include a coupon to get the meter free?

Today I just received a $10/$20 makeup coupon and was looking to use it this week. Question though, if I buy the maybelline and it is bogo, does the one I get for free count towards the $20?? I know the shelf price before coupons counts towards it but I wasn't sure if it is the price before a sale too....I am new to CVS and am still trying to understand it all! Thanks in advance for any help and advice!!!
