I'm not as experienced in best prices for paper goods, but I would say this would be a no. Cottonelle is on sale starting tomorrow 1/4 for $12.97 w/$4.00ecb. There was a .50/1 q from a recent insert (or .75/1 from Madre y Mujer homemailer)

$12.97 - .50/1 - $4ecb = 8.47 (20/8.47 = .42 roll) Limit is 5

I live in the LOND, so the cottonelle is a pretty decent deal. I try to shoot for around .40 or less per roll. Also, Charmin is usually part of P&G ecb deals (buy $20, get $5), so you can probably get it less than .56/roll if you hold off.

Could be a potential good deal with the B1G150% CVS brand skin care (24/7, Lumene, etc.) There's Qs in CVS beauty bi-fold for each brand listed so you could use one each in single transaction. The sale says mix and match.
