They have the rebate form on the Arm and Hammer website, I printed it out but was unable to find any at CVS :sad:

I was a late shopper for this sale, but I have 2 CVS's close, and they both gave me rainchecks for everything listed. They had all the rainchecks made up in advance, and just handed them out.! Fabulous CVS!

CVS wouldn't take all my Q's for the band aids... I was so frustrated with them. We have the most coupon unfriendly CVS (any store for that matter) I have ever seen. When I see stuff like this I buy as much as I can and it's not greed that makes me buy them. I send most of the stuff I buy to the soldiers but when I go in this store they don't speak to me unless they have to and they treat me like coupons are stealing! I am not kidding. One time my stuff rang up wrong (the BOGO makeup didn't ring up BOGO) and she actually said "Well I let you use your coupons didn't I? Then I went in the other day and they had makeup 50 percent off marked on every individual item and there happened to be a BOGO sale going and when I checked out they told me I couldn't have both sales that I needed to choose one especially since I was using coupons. Another time they had a BOGO sale and they told me since it didn't ring up BOGO they couldn't give it to me for that. SO I had to either pay full price or give my stuff back.. Well I gave it back! When I complain the store manager calls and even he acts like he is being put out. I don't get it.. I am always nice, smile, and try myhardest to be polite. I have even given the people behind me things after I paid because they spoke to me about it while I was checking out and with coupons I didn't spend much of anything on it besides all that it feels good to just make somebody smile. Why is our CVS so mean?

Sorry I got sidetracked venting my anger.. I bought 21 boxes of band aids, there was no limit on the ad. So when I check out I have the band aids, some christmas clearance and some medicine, so I am not just getting something free and leaving, but I have her ring it all up, give her my 5 of 25 coupon then my bandaid coupons and she rings some up then calls over the guy that works there (not sure who he is sinceI now try to sneak in and out without being noticed) and he does something to the register and then tells me that I can't use the last 4 coupons because the register will not let me and there is no way they can even force them through (which BTW I have never asked them to do). So I couldn't use them but at least he offered them back I guess.

You may want to email CVS customer care and ask specifically about your BOGO problems. Last summer I had a cashier who wouldn't take two manufacturer's coupons on my BOGO items & I emailed CVS. The customer service rep who emailed me back spelled out very specifically how using coupons with BOGO should work--even stated that it would mean in some situations that I would get both items free but would be responsible for sales tax.

I printed out her email & keep it in my coupon notebook now in case I ever need it. Of course, I haven't had a CVS cashier ring up coupons incorrectly on BOGO items since then, but just in case I'm prepared!

Clearanced items do NOT count for BOGO sales. I'm pretty sure the BOGO tags say, "off regular retail price." It's really irritating when a ton of stuff is marked down, but you can't use it for the BOGO sale. I just dealt with this last week.
