Also, don't forget the mouthwash coupon. Those that got the same insert as OP there was a Prohealth mouthwash coupon for 1/1, and this is part of the same deal at CVS right now.

I'm not sure how it works, but I often find I get different inserts than mentioned in the forums too... Usually it's just something missing altogether. Even between my two papers the coupons often differ quite a bit...

you know you are addicted when you consider not buying these cute band-aids for such a great price (even though you will be using ECB's to pay for them) because you don't have a coupon to get them for free, and CVS isn't paying you back to take them. I think I have a problem- I just posted in the CVS anonymous thread, and it is making me wonder if I am crazy or something...

I don't get how this is a good deal? The limit is two on the nail polish so it's a $3 mm with the $3/2 q when you buy two of the FAECB nail polishes. Why buy polish that isn't generating ecb's?

I wasn't able to go until today around 11am. Didn't even see Arm & Hammer...don't think they carry it at all in the first place. Same with the excedrin that was on sale.
Benefiber, Listerine, Thermacare, RightGuard were all sold out.

I did get my eyeshadows (yay! Was wanting a new color!), nail polishes, a zipfizz and slimquick drink, an edge advantage bar (DH gets it in his stocking this week. lol), some candy bars as fillers.

I spent .22 oop and got close to $40 of stuff. Even with some empty shelves, I'm a pretty happy camper. :)

I did pretty good but if I'd gone an hour later I would have been out of luck.

The listerne was flying off the shelves but thanks to you guys saying that other "flavors" were eligible, I got my five.

Excedrin I had to search for and found the last bottle and it took the $2 coupon CVS gave me some time ago, didn't notice the count restriction.

Arm and Hammer - didn't look like there was even a space on the shelf for this.

The Energy bar was down to only one flavor choice and the Thermawraps(which I really wanted) were wiped out.

I guess next big sale I go at midnight. Still, I managed to rack up $50 plus ECB's, so I'm not complaining.

My Excedrin coupon was for "Any" so it worked just fine. I combined it with a $1 CRT too - and then just gave the Excedrin to a friend, as I can't even use it. The things we do for profit at CVS!

I was able to get 2 eyeshadows in a pretty scary color (all that was left) and 2 really nice shades of nail polish + I found 2 arm and hammers! BTW The A & H were not in the regular cleaning aisle - they were on the side in between two stacks of paper towels - had I not asked the manager I would never have found them! My store was out of everything else - but I have very limited shopping time today so only got to go to 1 store.

That's what I was thinking...it's a better deal if you get two of the FAECB ones isn't it?

Does anyone go back and return something when they do their deal wrong? Just wondering if you are stuck with what you did or if it is legitimate to go back and return something to redo a deal. I have had a couple bad deals in the last month because I wasn't thinking clearly but felt like I shouldn't return the item since it was my mistake. Brain cramps sure can hurt the wallet!

Because if you do:
$5.99
$1.39
Total $7.38
- $3/2
$4.38
get $5.99 gain of $1.61

Do it twice and have a gain of $3.22 instead of $3.00. Not a huge difference, but you end up with a little bit more of a MM.
