Make sure to check your diabetes section for the Cool Mint Listerine! It has a different barcode sticker over the original UPC but it scans at 2.99 and produces extra bucks.

Yes, I was able to get rainchecks for the items that were out of stock since the ad didn't say "no rainchecks". They wrote the extra bucks code on the raincheck along with the amount.

Default Re: Careful with 2 day sale- several issues

ECB's didn't print for A LOT of my items, and I checked and double checked that they were the right ones. ot was early in the morning so I guess they fixed it... The CVS closest to my house had everything!!!! The second store was pretty cleaned out by 10 am, and the third had select items. Overall, I got A TON of free stuff and still have to figure out what to do with $36 ECB's left over- the next few weeks at CVS are not looking too good.

carisal- where do you live? That sounds EXACTLY like the 2 stores I went to- I scoped out the arm & Hammer days beforehand at the one closest to my house, and they were on an endcap of the soda aisle on the bottom shelf, and in the second store i managed to nab 4 of them from a carboard display in the cleaning aisle.

I got my 5 RG yesterday for the 2 day sale, but I never did the monthly deal and since the store is out, can I get a RC for 5 for the monthly?

I do believe the 2 day sale was a different deal than the monthly deal so yes, I would think that if you did not do the monthly deal, and get your five, then you could get 10 on the 2 day deal. What I am not sure about though, is people who did the 5 on the monthly deal and then came around on the 2 day deal and got 10 per card when the ad stated limit 5. I don't know if this happened or not, because I was off this w/e but does the system keep track of your monthly deals and limit you on the 2 day deal ?

I think when a deal is running monthly simultaneously with a deal like this one... 2 day event, that you are able to max both ... meaning ... you can get 5 for the monthly deal and you can get 5 for the 2 day deal. Does this make sense to you too ?

Oh, and I had issues with the listerine ringing up $4.19- it was the same size on the ad, but a different flavor. The ad did not say it had to be a certain one, so the manager just rang up the FreshBurst (that was coming up $2.99) and gave me the vanilla mint.

Default Re: FREE Band Aids!

The red cross j&j mini first aid to go kit is listed in the ad as one of the 99 cent items, so I think I will try to use the pharm q on it

I would think that the first aid coupon would work on the bandaids. Aren't bandaids used for first aid?

I thought the same thing, but looking at the coupons and the bandaids, the coupon shows products that SAY first-aid on the box... same with the red cross products, they all have the red cross logo on the box on the coupon pic. the band aids didnt say first aid or have a red cross anywhere on them. I may email J&J in a bit to see what they say. :shrug7:

hey, do the band aids say johnson and johnson on them? are there any IPs for any JJ product, or are they all just for baby items? ((buddy bars))?????

I thought it was for any Gillette Fusion razor/cartridges. Does anyone still have the coupon that can check for me?
