I had B1G1 q AND a $ off for the candle refills that was expiring tomorrow. It was a good deal money wise either way & decided I'd check it out since a couple of people have asked. (EDIT) IT WORKED!!!!
And I have to shout about something! I just had my BEST shopping trip yet! (I started last month & kept coming home saying "That's not how I planned it??? lol I just got.......

I did the buy refill, get holder free coupon deal 4 times yesterday YIPPEEE! Also was lucky enough to find a multiple (I think triple) refill pack on sale from $5.99 to $3.99, so that was even better for that one deal (they only had one left). Thanks!

Thanks to all you wonderful ladies here, I was able to buy a Glade flameless candle and 3 flameless refills (early Xmas present!!) and got $10 ECB!!!

Don't know if it's been said, but some of those twin pack refills have coupons in them - $1 off next twin pack or two single pack refills. If you're careful, you can pinch the box to squeeze the coupon out without opening it.

To me that is the same as stealing.

Well that's just great. The week I get everything done by sunday morning it turns out i messed it all up :) If I would have know these other glade products were included it would have made a huge difference. O well. Now I'm stuck with 19 clean linen candles that I can;t stand. Hopefully they will sell in a garage sale.

return them! My project today is to return all the glade products from deals that didn't work. I will be busy!!

about pinching the box and getting the coupon- i picked up 8 packs, took them to the front counter, and told the clerk-" i'll be over at the photo counter, checking these packs for coupons- if anyone asks 'what does she think she's doing?'- that's what i think i'm doing."

then i pinched them, found 6 coupons in the 8 packs, and bought them all at the same time.

i could have bought 2, gone to the car, bought 2 more, gone to the car, bought 2 MORE, gone to the car, and then bought the last 2, which didn't have coupons. pinching and pulling saved me a lot of walking- i park at the far end of the lot.


now, taking the coupons out and not buying the pack- THAT in my opinion is stealing. so, opinions may vary, but i was glad someone chose to tell me there might be coupons inside. i was able to peek down into the inside, so i knew which had coupons inside, and i knew i could do it the hard way if i had to- but it was more efficient to pull them out in a single pinch/pull fest.


and that's why i didn't take the post down. cheaters will cheat anyway, and non-cheaters can use this info.

I maxed out this deal. I don't ever compute to the penny but I am pretty sure I got everything for free. If not free it was a few dollars at most. I am happy.
