i actually did this today and on my receipt it said you only needed 19.98 for the $15 ecb...when i maxed the offer it said $59.94...so i guess they decided to cut down on the phone calls...hth

Hi: Nothing but trouble with cvs in Ventura County, Ca. First my Duracell total is 11.98, I buy 2 more with 5/2, .75, .75 and no 15 ecb and total is still 11.98. I bought the sale ones etc. So I call cvs and they go it will take 48 hours to see if your elegible for the ecb. Later in the day I buy other items and now my total for Duracell is 23+ but still no ecb. So tomorrow I will be calling back again.

Previously I had used DS card and it would not go beyond 11.98 and so they did a refund onto a gift card and then rang up the Duracells again and then the ecb printed.

Mostly I wonder how can a National chain store have so many glitches in it's program. Lots of time wasted but usually the folk there are nice, it's just their system. Hopefully they will get this problem corrected by Saturday at 11:59 p.m.

I bought what I thought were my last 2 packs of duracell to max out the deal on my card - my total came to $59.90!!! So, I had to buy 2 hearing aid batteries $9.99 for both (bogo) - used 2 $1/1 q's, $5/2 and paid $2.99 to get my $15

The $1ECB applies to Body Wash, Body Spray (full size), and shaving gel. The ECB does not apply to the Blade Energy Drink which is the only other Blade product I know of.
