My ECBs are not going through as well--this happened on Saturday and again today. They had to be manually entered as two different amounts (so for a $5 ECB the cashier entered a $2 and $3 store coupon). Crazy....and I have no idea why?? I just hope I keep getting cashiers like this young man who just worked through it patiently.
I did this deal on Sunday without a problem and I bought two of the nail polishes. I had my $1 off Q's on standby just in case the $2's didn't work. But they took the $2 off's without a problem. I also used my $2/10 cosmetics Q. So in the end, it was a really good deal.
I bought 8 of the Revlon nail polishes today (great Christmas gifts!). I had 8 $1.00 coupons and EVERY single one beeped. I have no idea why. The cashier said that the coupon states "one per purchase." But, the register wouldn't even take one, so I don't think that was the reason. Some of the coupons even had nail polish pictured on them. I know this is a discussion I've seen elsewhere, so please point me in that direction so I can read up on that. I told her she didn't have to, I didn't want her to get in trouble. She ended up taking all of them anyway.
She also didn't want to take my 2 manufacturer's coupons for the buy one get one free Nature Made vitamins. It is the CVS policy to accept a manufacturer's coupon even for a free item--correct?? I know I saw this addressed on another thread also. So, if someone could point me in that direction I would appreciate it.
