What the heck does one do with all these free glucometers? I posted some on craigslist but had no response whatsoever...and without strips they'd be pretty useless to donate anywhere either.

I donate them to a local health clinic that offers free care to those who have no insurance or cannot afford care. I also donate them to school clinics, and the local health nurse who takes care of some children in our school system who have diabetes. She just Sat. asked me if I had any more of a certain meter she is in need of. Speaking of this, does anyone know of any q's out for the one touch. Seems they were plentiful awhile back, and now that I need one of these meters, I can't find one that's not expired.:frown:

There are not any current Onetouch coupons at this time. Hopefully some more will come out very soon. I wish they'd show up before the end of the month, b/c there is still a deal on the Onetouch Ultraminis for October to buy it regular price $19.99 and get back $5 ecbs.....

My family are all Pharmacist...and they tell me that the Rx gives away these meters because the manu. reimburses them. I dont know if you need to buy strips or what...you might have good luck sending an email to the onetouch people and ask if they can supply one for free. If not I think ihave some left over from the last deal...pm and ican explain...
