:hectic1:That's what I thought. ??? Could some please read MIR and post. Pretty please. I am trading for these and if what PP said is true they are worthless. I don't have one to read. Help please.
Just thought I would mention about the rebate that the form says you will get the price you paid MINUS the $2 coupon back..I don't have it in front of me so I don't know the exact wording, but if you got it for 1.99 at CVS, you won't get anything back with the rebate..
Yes, that is what the rebate form says. I think i'll see if I can get this @ the grocery store where I've gotten tons of Glade "Cats" and "roll" it into cash at least.
I have found none.
I now have one raincheck for each of my cards with a limit of 5.
Works for me!

It's happen to me at Walgreens & CVS this week now I know why people are buying mass amounts of these items even though half of them won't be used or will be sold for a profit. Truly takes away from the value of someone trying to save money who truly needs to save money on that product. I don't want 5 or 10 of one item I just want ONE.. I for one wish these stores would set a limit for buying the product and that would put a end to empty shelves :) And would help all the rest of us customers who are trying to make ends meet find the product. Just my 2cents!!!
I like rainchecks better....my stores adjust the price to the sale price them use a cvs q to make it free..so my opp is always .00 for free extra bucks deals...and if there is a manufactures q i can use it to get stuff i need as well but dont have q's for. plus the week after everything is there..so i do my shopping a week later hehe :) it works out just fine! and no expiring extra care bucks to shop around and try to spend. Dont get frustrated just work a week behind everyone and you will be find and dandy! i was the same way when i started but now I am perfect! for example the rechargable toothbrush will only be they key it in for 59.99...and at the end take off the 20 in ecbs...so 39.99 for me...plus you add the $10/$50 and its only 29.99 throw in the $5/1 and its only 24.99 a lot less in ecbs that i have to combine into one deal if it were the sale price the week before...i love rainchecks almost as much as i love cvs...not to mention the money makers on those monitors next week!
Tried this afternoon in NoVA. No ECB printed. Need to return them tomorrow.

I think I'm done with the GUM tb's for this week. I got 2 on my card and 3 on my dh's (different address). I found a store that had restocked them but I was out of q's and we're good for until the next sale/ecb deal comes around.
I don't think it's right that people, whether customers or employees, hide merchandise in the store. Also, the limit on this deal is 5 per card, which is unlikely because most free after ECB items are usually 1 or 2 per card. With this said, and many people having more than 1 CVS card, it's not surprising that many people just can't find these. For example, say 2 people with 2 cards go in CVS and max out this deal. That's 5 per card per person times two which is 20 toothbrushes which is probably a majority of what most stores carry at a time, if the shelf is full. That's a good reason of why most people can't find these. Plus, most CVS's are very understocked. Most deals you have to go first thing Sunday morning to have a chance to get in on the deal. Lastly, CVS should do a better job at either keeping the shelves stocked throughout the week or limiting the amount people can get, so people don't become selfish and start hiding product just so they can get in on the deal.
There is a certain amount of Karma to this that always comes back around.. I got Zero of these toothbrushes but I have a feeling I'm not the loser in the long run.
