ECBs not printing for Christophe Products

Hey there--
I got a CRT today for buy one Christophe purely natural hair care product, get one free (up to 7.99 value). Since it's buy $15 get $5 ECB and I had a $/$$ coupon, I decided to get a shampoo and a conditioner.

Well, lo and behold, the ECBs didn't print and the christophe wasn't even mentioned at the bottom of my receipt. I'll call up CS tomorrow and hopefully they'll correct the issue, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

I got the same crt and my ecb didn't print either but the mgr gave me $5 on a money card

Update:
I called CS and they will be crediting the ECBs. They should print in 48 hours on the bottom of my next receipt.

This was my first time calling and the fellow was super helpful and very nice. I was truly impressed.

He also updated the information that I have on the account (address, phone #, etc), which is helpful, too, I suppose.

At the very end of the phone call, though, he made sure to find out which CVS store I shopped at most often (was it the one that was on my receipt that I was calling about that day? was there another one? Where was it?).
Is this common for a CS phone call? I guess that just struck me as an odd series of questions since I'm sure that they could figure it out simply by tracking my extra care card.

I've heard no one has gotten the ECB's for buying the Christophe. Guess that and the Colgate Max Fresh still aren't working.

You have to spend $15 to get the $5 ECB I did it today and it worked fine. I love this shampoo
