That's true, it is a 'hidden' deal that did not show up in any ads, weekly or monthly. Someone found out about it by accident, just trying to use up their coupons, and then some of us found sale-tags on the shelves later. So she's full of it talking about the 'wording', b/c there is no 'wording' to go w/ this deal as of yet.

Also, that whole 'no discounts' thing does not refer to coupons, it refers to goverment programs like Medicaid. We all know this is true b/c we have seen in the CVS ads in the past, where they were advertising a monitor deal w/ the 'no discounts apply' wording, but it also had next to it the little icon to look for coupons in the Sunday paper. Duh, if they didn't want you to use coupons they wouldn't tell you to look for them.

okay I went to my CVS this morning cause I had $7.50 that would expire tomorrow, and I'm still new but I hate to let $7.50 go to waste; I found a cp$9.99 off in a SS insert 6/29; on the website the monitor rings up at $79.99 ( or $89.99 can't remember) there is a $10.00 ECB del this month, in store it rang up for $19.99 w/ card -$9.99 -$7.50ECB $2.xx OOP got $10.00CP... didn't see it listed anywhere on sale etc, so I hope I can help someone roll their ECB

Now we don't need this, what do you guys do, where do you donate them etc?? I never anted to do this, but it sure beats to let my ECB expire...lol.. and it will help someone out I hope

Yeah, when I went in yesterday the Precisions had a sale sign up for $19.99, and of course we have the $10 ecbs for the month. I assumed they would go on sale for this price, b/c that's what happened the last time they were an ECB deal.

A lot of my monitors go to the Kidney Foundation. You can also check w/ nursing homes, health departments/clinics, dr's offices, battered women's shelters, etc. Some places will tell you they don't need them, but others are happy to take them.

There is also always the option of posting it up on Freecycle or Craigslist or somethign.

I found the deal yeaterday (the store labeled from 8/30-9/30) $5 ECB, I still had 3 coupons at home. so I got two, but could not find the 3rd at two stores. anychance we can use the expired coupon?

Using expired coupons is very YMMV depending on if your individual store allows it. I have one store that will occasionally let me use very recently expired coupons. I do also give them a 'heads-up' when I know there's a possibility I might want to use an expired coupon soon (like a couple of days expired, I never try for anything like a week or more expired).
