I guess the BOGO coupon plus $1 coupon isn't clicking for me. If you use BOGO on two products, then that one coupon applies to both I thought? So how can the second coupon be used?

U can't use it manu bogo q and another manu q on 2 items.

I bought two and didn't get mine either. I called CS and they will research it in two days and apply ECB's if they can prove that I actually bought the right stuff.

Aargh!!
I went to one CVS and among other things bought 2 tubes of the colgate. Only one flyer in the WHOLE store. I picked as best I could and used my q's. No ECB's. I was running errands, so across town I stopped in at another CVS, returned the tubes and looked for two new ones. The girl was really sweet and didn't have any problem with this. She rang up the two new tubes and I still didn't get ECBs even though this time they were the sale tubes. She gave me a gift card, but too late I realized that she only gave me $2 instead of $4. Sigh....
Now I don't know whether I should call or not....:shrug7:

thank you I still have 3 coupons for 2.00 off to that will make it 1.99. AT least my stores did not change them to 1:00 like i herd in other post's I do not know why they said the were wrong I was told they were right price even the gold emblem nuts a re $2.00 now insted of $1.00.

I'm in an area where the ads start on Friday. I bought two of the Advanced Clean and it didn't print the ECB's so they suggested I try the Advanced Whitening since it is the pictured item even though they all agreed that I was buying the item listed, right size, right brand, right variety. We returned the 1st set and bought those instead...still no ECB's. They didn't know why. The cashier started to tell me that I'd have to call customer service when the manager said, "No, I just got an email on that. They are no longer going to be able to issue ECB's when people call in because they are being inundated with calls like that." So, I asked him what we should do then? He thought for a minute and just decided to return them again on a gift card then resell them to me for 99c and I'd have the balance of $4 on the gift card. I guess it worked out but I was wondering if anyone else had heard something similar about CS not issuing ECB's?
