I also just left CVS. The limit is 4. When I saw my receipt said that I had purchased 2, but not reached the limit, I bought 2 more. Now is says limit reached.

Here in Houston, I bought (2) Colgate and ECBs came out fine. Thanks to you, I now have more coupons and will go back to store!! Yipppeee.

Oh, I also heard that CVS (in certain markets) is doing away with the flyers being in the store. They will only put in newspapers and in the mail. Be sure to complain as the clerk told me that it was a test to see how it works for folks.
