covergirl divides our above the neck area into "eyes" "lips" and "face"- 3 separate kinds of makeup.

Is this a "YMMV" type situation or is it actually fraudulant to try and get the LipColor for free? I thought a read the opposite about what was considered "Face" makeup. Input please!

using a coupon on something it is not for is indeed called fraud. that's just the legal term for misuse of coupons.
