Can someone please double check my scenario for 8/31?

Covergirl Outlast Lip Color and Aqua Smoother Foundation are BOGO FREE.
I want to use (4) BOGO CoverGirl coupons that expire 8/31.

I want to buy:
(4) Aqua Smoother Foundation @ $7.99 each
(4) Outlast Lip Color @ $9.99 each

The coupon will get me the Lip Colors for free but what will the registers give me free? 4 Foundations or 2 foundations and 2 lip colors? Which of the following scenarios?

A:

Not sure if this is what you mean but on a BOGO sale when using BOGO coupons if the two items you choose are different prices the coupon and the register will take off the lower priced item leaving the difference between the two. To avoid paying the difference, I would do two transactions. One for the foundation and one for the lip color. You should be able to use the $1 coupon as well. I would hand it over at the end in case the employee has a problem with it. HTH

Hmm, the last round of BOGO make-up deals I handed over $1 Qs first and it bunked my order up. Maybe my cashier did something funky? All I know was I had her take off the make-up, finish my order then re-ring the make-up without the $1 Q. Would you share a refresher on how the BOGO scenario should work?

If its the coupons from pg brandsaver, werent they for foundation and powder/blush only?

The last CG sale was BOGO on foundation and powders... None of the other products were on the BOGO sale... In order to get your free make-up since the PG coupons stated you had to buy a foundation and get a "face product" free...

This time there are different products on the BOGO sale.

It looks like some of the CG products will not be avalible for "free"

Only the items that CVS has on sale for BOGO combined w/ the "Buy a foundation" get a "face product"
