Ok, this is how it works:

Let's use Stayfree as an example. Stayfree will be 2/$9, which makes them $4.50 each. So, you buy one at $4.50, use a BOGO coupon, which enables you to get the other package free. Plus, you get a $5 ECB when you get two, so you have a profit of 50 cents.

Not an awesome deal, but there is a $1 Q off Playtex, so it would be $1 for a box of tampons after Q and ECBs. (I have one for Gentle Glide and one for Sport...the ad I believe says either Gentle Glide or Sport)
