Bought the exact same toothpaste at two different stores today. Both were clearanced. The first store printed the ECBs so I went back for one more and the second time didn't get the ECBs. =( Limit definately was not reached either.

is it possible to use the MIR if we didn't pay anything buy using the coupon?
I've been denied twice because I didn't really "pay" for them. It was Bayer monitors. I am not even going to chase them this time, it was such a nightmare the last go round for me.
