It's gonna be YMMV. Some cashiers will not let you use the coupon because it says that but I think I read before that it is really meant for people who use insurance. Luckily it's never been an issue at my stores. They have never questioned the use of the coupon on it when it gives out ecb's. Good Luck!

Got an advance copy of the October P&G, and there is a new Covergirl BOGO coupon, yippee!

Buy one CG foundation, get a complimentary CG face product Free.
Picture on coupon shows a foundation, blush, concealer and pressed powder. There is also a $1/1 any CG product.

Looks like I won't be needing makeup until sometime around the turn of the century. Dang, do they have a little overstock at the factory this year, or what?
