Hey, anyone know off hand what the shelf life of unopened mascara is? I only use it for special occasions cause hubby doesn't really like it much.

where exactly in the ad ?.how does this work? i went through ECB but couldnt find any maybelline ad.

it's not in the ad- someone just bought it, and it worked, so she came here to share the news. so, it will probably work- it looks like it has worked for lots of other people- but if it doesn't work, there's not much you can do about the problem.

i have the feeling it's a couple of years for unopened, and 6 months for opened. since these come out free, you might just want to pick up 4, and treat them as disposables. bacteris grows in the opened ones, and eyes are too important to risk !

I was surprised that my store had all the Limited Edition in stock! As some of the folks here, there was no sign of the sale but it was right where the Revlon makeup was.

I bought the lipstick thinking that the $11.99 eye makeup wasn't going to work out in the deal. Perhaps I will do that deal on my next trip and give it a try.

GRRRR!! I GOT BLOCKED!!! I've been playing this CVS game since January, and I've never had a problem...until today...and I could see it in her eyes before I ever got started!

I brought 6 bags of Life Savers to the counter (and additonal candy as well) and handed her 3 coupons. She told me I couldnt use all three. She and I went back and forth about it, and said she could only take 2. I looked behind me and saw the growing line of annoyed customers and my 2 children running around the front of the store. So I told her to just do the two. And to top it off, I didn't hit the $10 for the $5 ECB. GRRRR!

So, now I want to go return the 2 bags and go to another store and re-buy 2 more Life Savers with the coupon she wouldn't let me use. Is this the best way? I still should be able to use the coupon, right?

My receipt says I am $1.43 away from my ECB.

The clerk did the same thng with mine at both CVS locations near me. I didn't ask her too. She just did it after she went back and saw the B1G1 tag was on the price for the sours. I guess some misplaced the tag!

Did have a problem with the sour gummies, wouldn't do B1G1 either, but the clerk manually pushed it through...

Sorry, I havne't read all posts, but it worked like a charm! Luckily I had 4 MQ (I had them in the "soon to be expired envelope" that I pulled out of my regular coupon case, so at first I thought I didn't have any coupons for this). The only thing is that I did all 4 in one transaction, so my ECB is a huge $20, instead of 2 $10 ECB. Not that it really matters, but I prefer smaller increment ECBs. But free is free!!!

look in last sunday's paper- 7/27- there might be a coupon and ad with a pic. otherwise, look along the bottom shelf at your cvs for a standup box of m&ms in a shiny metallic coating. 4 dollars for 6 ounces- and the mint ones are a l m o s t
worth it !
