I know exactly what you are talking about. The manager at my store has no clue about coupons & I bet he has never used one in his life. This shows how poorly organized CVS is when they don't thoroughly train their managers or cashiers. How can you hire a manager that doesn't know anything about coupons?

He refused to let me use BOGOF coupons on the BOGOF Vive & Trident. I had gone armed with 4 emails from CVS & receipts from 2 other CVS stores that let me do it & he still refused. Asked him to call & he called Extra Care. This is not an Extra Care problem he should have called CVS.
They agreed with him & even had him ask for a supervisor who agreed with him too. Went outside & called CVS who told me I can use a BOGOF coupon on a BOGOF sale & get both for free. She called him & talked to him. She told me that he would only let me use one coupon. Said as the manager he can place limits & he was limiting me to one.

When I went back in & asked about the limit he lied & said that the woman on the phone told him to limit it to one. I know he hates me as this is the second time I have had to call CVS on him. He was wrong the other time too. Wouldn't let me use more than one printable. I tried to explain about the different pin numbers & the dot-scan but he didn't get it. Called CVS & they agreed with me & I gave the phone to him so they could talk to him. He went in his office & when he came out he avoided me & curtly told the cashier to let me use the coupons.

I have been shopping & using coupons for many years & started when I was 16. I shop at several different stores & maybe 1 in 20 times I may have a problem. At CVS I have a problem 16 out of 20 times. It is simply unbelievable the incompetence & disorganization that this company allows. Their customer service must get an enormous amount of emails & phone calls with complaints from customers.

Jeffmarias, my Walmart has a bonus pack of these that has razor w/2 cartridges + 2 "bonus" cartidges so you get a total of 4 instead of 2 like the CVS packs. Maybe you have these in your stores too. And I had no problem getting a price match or using my coupons (I bought 6). Good luck!

No one discusses the monitors much because we know its not a deal...

If you dont use a coupon, you get $29.99 back.

If you USE a coupon, you get $9.99 back.

They KNOW you used a $20 coupon... How do they know? Because there arent many $20 coupons out there, kwim?

Most of us avoid these things... unless its an ECB deal (like before).

it is because of this that I will only shop at my old, tiny little rinky dink store. all the other fancy stores used to give me trouble. My store has no problem taking my Qs. Sure, they don;t have these great clearance items that everyone else finds, but I am ok with that because they love me :)

I got a chuckle today because I went to do my weekly CVS trip, and among the things I bought were a few of the 2 for 1 Lifesavers, along with the 2 for 1 coupons. The cashier who checked me out was laughing because apparently yesterday they told a lady she could only use one coupon, so she called Corporate on them and Corporate called their store manager and yelled at the manager. So now they are letting people buy as many and use as many coupons as they wish.

Does anyone know if the Hersheys Bliss are on sale or part of the candy deal?

Also, the Payday singles are not ringing up .50, but .59 and NOT counting towards the candy deal. My mom had to pick up pics this morning, so I gave her my card and told her to grab an Intuition razor along with a skor & payday, so I could get the candy deal started with the .50 coupons. It was still early and the kids were sleeping, otherwise I would have went. Anyway, she just gave me my receipt, so I'll have to call to get credit for the payday.

My mom grabbed a variety pack that has a cartridge with shea butter and one with milk & honey. It has a pink handle. I have $3 cpns, so not a bad deal for $1.

Yes, the deal worked for me. I purchased 20 bags of gummies (12 5-flavor and 8 wildberry). I received $5 ECBs, and my receipt shows that I have $19.90 towards the deal. Boo! I am .10 away from another $5!!! Oh well, I still have more BOGO qs, so I'll use them.

BTW- the Qs did beep, and the register kept saying that I didn't have the right quantity or something like that. The manager couldn't figure out why it wasn't working since I obviously bought the right product. They couldn't even get ONE q to work right. She finally manually pushed them through, but it would only take 9 of 10 that I had. She gave me the last one back. I didn't argue, as I was still getting 19 bags for free!
