its not that cvs is run differently, it depends on city/state sales tax. Here in LA, my local sales tax is 8.75%, but if I purchase only food items, I'm charged 3.5%

The only Dove Q's I have seen (but there may be others out there) are B1G1 Dove BAGS of Chocolate size of 8.5 - 9.5 oz

The posted scanned flyer only mentions Dove Chocolate BAR size of 3.53 oz at 2/$3.00

THANK GOD someone figured this out for me! I was just about to ask how many Q's I would need as I have 20 coming this week(so I should have plenty) and I just got back from placing my order at CVS. Thanks again OP...I'll rep ya!

But the B1G1 coupon is for the single rolls (which I assume are like 79c)- unless there is another I'm not seeing.

My inserts had 2 coupons side by side. One was for BOGO Free rolls and the other BOGO Free peg bags.
ETA~They were in the 6/8 SmartSource.

In my previous experiences, the free item does not count towards the $10 total. I have a feeling that will be the case in this situation as well. If it does end up working that way you will need to buy 46 bags and use 23 coupons to max out the deal.
