I've been buying the 2/$1 candy since I really don't want bags of it and today on the counter near the cashier was a coupon stack for $1.00 any flavor Dr. Pepper when you buy 2 candy bars. $1.50 for 2 snickers and 1 Dr. Pepper and a small step towards the $10 for the ECBs. :)

Has anyone bought the twizzlers rainbow candy for the $10/$5 candy deal and got the right amount in ECB? I got $20 in candy and my receipt showed me being $3 short. That was the only thing I got for $3. I swore the sign said they were part of it, but maybe not.

Is it more of a hassel to return the twizzlers and buy another $3 worth os stuff to finish off my rewards, or it is easy to go "fight" that it should be part of the deal? My kids would be fine either way with ot without the rainbow twizzlers, but I though it's be a nice little treat for them. I've never had my ECB's be wrong before...yes still a beginner here!

I don't know if they 'should' be included or not ... but thought I'd chime in on the 'hassle' issue.

If it were me, I'd probably just buy another $3 worth of candy ... if you absolutely don't want to 'waste' the $3 on the rainbow twizzlers, you could return them ... but around my house, extra candy isn't usually a problem

FWIW, the Mentos Gum did not work for me. I'd seen other posts that said it WAS included ... but maybe I missed something?!?!:shrug7: Anyway, I did return the gum today ... I had several of them and they were $1.49 each and I was going to CVS anyway ... so I decided it was worth it this time.

lol i always wondered this..my first time buying bottled water was the goldemblem the other week for 1.99 (w/ coupon) and i have been using them for my crystal lite...
question is..is there really a taste difference? lol its just water right? or our we paying for the name?

I don't find this price "cheap". My grocery stores always seem to rotate for the 3 (24 pks) for $10 around here. I wish I could find them cheaper since we go through around 3 packs a week :(

Mine didn't beep either. I had forgotten it and went back in and they honored it.

We got some Zephyrhills 24-packs once for 1.98 at Albie's when they had a great sale & the coupon!!!

OMGosh no comparison on the quality of the water to Dasani though. Zephyrhills taste horrible. Tap water tastes better than that junk.
